Cathryn Powell, APRN, FNP

As a native Missoulian, my heart is deeply rooted in the unique spirit, culture, and diversity of our wonderful community. I have spent over 20 years providing dedicated healthcare to women of all ages, and in 2015, I founded Missoula Women’s Healthcare to create a welcoming, supportive space where you can feel truly nurtured at every stage of your life—from adolescence through menopause and beyond.

My true passion is health promotion and wellness. Rather than just treating symptoms, my goal is to walk alongside you as a partner in your healthcare journey, empowering and assisting you to live your absolute best life.

When I’m not in the clinic, I love fully embracing the beauty of Montana. You can usually find me outdoors hiking, biking, fly fishing, or golfing. I also cherish time spent giving back to our community, settling down with a good book, and cheering on Grizzly football. I look forward to welcoming you to our practice and supporting you in your wellness journey!

Toni Lavoie, Office Manager/Medical Billing Manager

For more than 19 years, I have brought energy and efficiency to medical management and medical billing. I enjoy streamlining healthcare operations and helping our practice run smoothly so providers can focus on what matters most: exceptional patient care.

When I’m not optimizing workflows and elevating practice performance, you’ll find me out on the trails! I’m an avid hiker, and nothing beats the breathtaking views of Glacier National Park – my absolute favorite place to explore. I also have a passion for resin art that comes from the endless creativity it allows. I love transforming colors, textures, and natural elements into one-of-a-kind pieces that feel both beautiful and meaningful.   Above all, I live for my amazing kids, grandkids and husband, who bring endless joy and    inspiration to my life every single day.

She loves swimming, biking, hiking, rafting, reading, and cooking without recipes.  Mariah and her husband Nick have three loud and lovely children, Petey, Josephine and Ellie.  Wherever they are is where she wants to be.

Mariah Hill, APRN, DNP, CNM

A native of Central Washington, Missoula’s mountains and rivers have become her home.   As a nurse-midwife and primary care provider, Mariah offers annual wellness, contraception and perimenopausal care.  She has a special interest in menstrual cycle concerns, recurrent vaginitis, and mood disorders, and is particularly passionate about providing long-term perinatal mental health care.  Mariah loves partnering with her patients and helping them meet their health goals.  She believes deeply in the importance of caring for the whole person.  In addition to her clinical practice, Mariah is a nursing faculty member with Montana State University and leads their nurse-midwifery graduate program.

Diana Liedtka-Holmquist, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, MSCP

My dedication to women’s health began in 2006, when I started my career as a labor and delivery nurse. Over the past 20 years, I have had the privilege of supporting women through the labor and delivery process. My passion for this field extends beyond bedside nursing, as I continue to provide comprehensive care for women who are navigating the transitions of perimenopause and menopause.

I am deeply committed to ensuring that women do not have to endure midlife changes without support. As a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, I draw on both expertise and compassion to guide my patients through significant life transitions. My priority is to make sure each patient feels heard and seen, providing the latest research and education so they can make informed healthcare decisions and feel truly empowered.

A proud native of Montana, I grew up in Stevensville and now reside in Missoula with my husband and our sweet dog, Ruby. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors—hiking, trail running, skiing, rafting, camping, and gardening—making the most of Montana’s natural beauty.
